Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of young people in Boston by closing the opportunity and achievement gap in academics and sports.

Since 2014, we have served hundreds of young people in the Boston area through our summer sports training academy. But what we do goes beyond sports. We know the life-changing value that positive role models, mentorship and healthy peer relationships can have on a kid’s life. That’s why we offer wrap-around services such as one-on-one academic tutoring, peer groups, financial literacy training, young men’s mentorship groups and afterschool programs to create safe and motivating learning environments for our young people to thrive. Our programs are always financially accessible and provide essential resources in underserved communities. Together, we provide young people with the guidance they need to dream big and empower them with the skills they need to be responsible for their own success.
